A: Basic Course F.I.T.

Day 1:

  • Fascia Integration Therapy: Introduction to a new and fascinating way to assess and treat patients.

  • The world of fascia: New insights in the anatomy, physiology and pathology of fascia.

  • Fascia Functional Assessment: An effective, fast and functional way to assess myofascial pathology.

Day 2: 

  • Basic manual and instrument assisted techniques: Specific techniques to de-activate trigger points and to mobilise fascial restrictions

  • Anatomy and pathology of the neck and shoulder: Pathology from a myofascial point of view.

  • Manual and instrument assisted techniques for treatment of the neck.

 

 

Day 3:

  • Manual techniques for treatment of the shoulder.

  • Fascia Training Theory: How to train fascia to become stronger and more resilient.

  • Fascia Training Practise: The training – practical part

  • Self myofascial release:Teach the patient to self treat myofascial restrictions
