Master Class

Voor het eerst in Nederland!

Paul Gagne geeft op 1 en 2 oktober Master Class. Paul Gagne is een elite trainer, houdingsanalist (posturologist), somatotherapist uit Canada. Paul heeft een uniek systeem ontwikkeld voor  houding en bewegingsanalyse en training. Zijn methode sluit perfect op de fasciatherapie.

 

De Master Class is echter niet enkel nuttig voor wie met sporters werken. Zijn aanpak is ook prima toepasbaar bij gewone patiënten. De inhoud richt zich op analyse van houding en beweging en hoe je dat vervolgens kunt vertalen naar specifieke training om prestaties te verbeteren, de kans op blessures te verminderen en meteen ook een houdingsverbetering waar te nemen.

Bijvoorbeeld welke training geef je bij een valgusstand van de enkel, wat is de relatie van de ogen bij de training en de gevolgen hiervan op de spieren. De Master Class zal zeer praktisch van aard zijn. Je krijgt veel tips om de fascia via training te stimuleren zonder en met hulpmiddelen (elastiek, kettlebells, bosu, desmotec etc.) met direct resultaat! Pretest-treat-Posttest

developed some of the most advanced testing, rehab and injury prevention
training protocols, to help his athletes, in their recovery and performance enhancement

 

Paul will explain in detail,
1- The science of applied Posturology in the prevention of injury and performance enhancement
2- Specific testing and evaluation protocols to help target the weak links
3- How to address and correct postural imbalances
4- How to prescribe and choose specific strengthening and stretching exercises, for injury prevention and rehab purposes, reps, sets, duration, rest periods
